Shanley Pump & Equipment, Inc.  is proud to be the North American distributor for the Speck Pumps line of thermal hot oil and hot water pumps. 

Speck Pumps has been building world-class pumps for over 100 years (Speck is ISO 9001 certified) in their “state-of-the art” factory in Germany. That experience and commitment to engineering, quality control and customer service has gone into the manufacture of their hot oil and thermal water pumps.  

The pumps are manufactured to exact specifications and can very often “drop in” to replace an existing hot oil pump from many leading hot oil pump manufacturers in use today. The engineers of Speck are dedicated to providing the best hot oil pump on the market today.

Competitively priced, the Speck line of thermal pumps will offer many years of reliable, dependable service.  They will pump oils that can reach 660º F and hot water up to 336º F. up to 800 GPM @ 230 PSI.  The most typical applications and industries for the Speck line of heat transfer pumps are:

• Ovens, fryer systems for Baking
• Pulp and Paper press lines
• Plastic production
• Heating mixers and tanks for the paint and lacquer industry
• Flat glass production

The pumps are designed in end suction horizontal configurations (both flexibly coupled and close coupled) as well as “In-Line” vertical pumps if you are short on space. All of the hot oil pumps are available as mag-drive pumps as well for all sealing options. 

Speck Pumps offers several unique features that set our pumps apart: 

• Unique double curvatured impeller for increased efficiencies 
• Back vanes and vent passages in our impeller design for added axial thrust balance.
• The sealing housing has an anti-vortex baffle to prevent partial dry run at the mechanical seal faces.
